Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the TickOdds API (the “Service”), you (“Customer”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Service
TickOdds provides a programmatic data feed of publicly visible betting odds sourced from bet365.com. The Service is delivered via REST API and WebSocket and billed at flat monthly rates per subscription tier.
TickOdds is independently operated and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with bet365 Group Ltd.
2. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use sports-betting related services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential. You must not share an API key across organizations or resell access without a written agreement with us.
3. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation
- Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual).
- Monthly plans can be canceled at any time via the Stripe billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period.
- Annual plans can request a prorated refund for unused whole months, minus a 10% processing fee.
- Rate-limit and feature enforcement is performed in real time against your current plan.
- Pricing changes will not affect existing subscriptions. New prices apply at renewal and only after 30 days' notice.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Circumvent rate limits, tier restrictions, or daily caps.
- Redistribute, resell, or publicly republish the data in bulk without a separate written agreement.
- Use the Service to harass, defraud, or violate the rights of any third party.
- Use the Service in jurisdictions where real-money sports betting is illegal, unless your use is for research, journalism, or other lawful purposes.
- Attempt to probe, scan, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the infrastructure.
5. Data Ownership & Accuracy
Odds data is sourced from publicly available information and is provided “as-is” for informational purposes. TickOdds does not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. You assume all risk for decisions made using the data, including any wagers placed with third-party sportsbooks.
6. Service Availability
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service outside an Enterprise SLA. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access that threatens infrastructure stability or violates these Terms.
If the upstream source blocks the feed for an extended period, we will notify affected customers and prorate their next bill.
7. Liability
TickOdds' aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or missed wagers.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that fail to pay. On termination, API keys are revoked and data access ends.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
